I'm a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) and CIMA prizewinner, with over a decade of experience in finance across a range of industries.
Along the way I've led finance system and payroll implementations, set up group accounts with foreign subsidiaries, and managed overseas tax across several countries. I've also supported a leveraged management buyout, from due diligence and debt raising through to ongoing covenant management.
What those projects taught me is that the big moments, like a sale, a buyout or a funding round, only go smoothly when the foundations are right. Getting those foundations right is the part I love most: untangling the numbers, fixing what isn't working, and watching a business owner finally feel confident about their finances. The relationships I build along the way matter to me just as much as the figures.
